The Hyenas and the Jackals will soon be sent out of the kingdom” – Firstlady Aisha Buhari

The Wife of the President Aisha Buhari and Senator representing Kaduna Central Shehu Sani in a couple of Facebook posts, spoke in parables concerning the activities of the presidency on President Buhari‘s 64th day on medical vacation in London.

Sani had on July 6, written on Facebook:

Prayer for the absent Lion King has waned; Until he’s back then they will fall over each other to be on the front row of the palace temple. Now the hyenas and the jackals are scheming and talking to each other in whispers; still doubting whether the Lion King will be back or not. Now the Lion king is asleep and no other dare to confirm if he will wake up or not. It’s the wish of the Hyenas that the Lion King never wakes or come back so that they can be kings. It’s the Prayers of the weaker animals that the Lion King comes back to save the Kingdom from the Hyenas, the wolves and other predators.

Aisha Buhari, quoting Sani’s post said:

God has answered the prayers of the weaker Animals, The Hyenas and the Jackals will soon be sent out of the kingdom. We strongly believe in the prayers and support of the weaker animals.
Long live the weaker animals, Long live Nigeria 🇳🇬

Sani then again took to his Facebook to say:

The crocodiles want fishes to quit the rivers ;the pythons want to monopolize the forest. The Leopards,Cheetahs,Pumas,Jaguars and the Cougars want the Kingdom rearranged. When the Lion is back the Kingdom will be back to order. However, the Tiger is doing its best to keep the Kingdom in the absence of the Lion. But the Lion is the Lion. I admire the courage, the strength, the tenacity, the resilience and the spirit of the Lioness.

Nollywood actress and single mother of one, Uche Ogbodo has come for her colleague, Monalisa Chinda Coker over her stand on domestic violence!

Last week, Monalisa granted an interview saying "Women should also be blamed for domestic violence".

Not happy with her opinion Uche Ogbodo took to her Instagram page to air her view. According to her, it can never be a woman's fault.

She wrote:
First of all, society looks down on women who stay in abusive relationships and pities them for being “helpless” and “weak.” Domestic violence victims can’t be categorized into a stereotype, but range among all types of women. Yet society places a specific insecure, weak, vulnerable woman into the category of most likely to be in an abusive relationship.

Rather than ridicule or punish the man who commits the abuse, this wrong perception will fault the woman for putting up with it because she possesses these negative traits. Women are taught that it is our personality "traits" th…
